An active community is a cornerstone of every Web3 project with a wish to be successful. An open flow of feedback, user-generated content, credibility, and trust of future customers are just a few of the benefits a studio may gain by taking care of followers of its project.
In DRKVRS we constantly aim to develop new attractive initiatives for our community to engage in, providing people with activities and entertainment even before the game is launched.
There is nothing simpler - anybody interested may join our Discord or Telegram servers and actively follow our social media channels, such as X, Medium or YouTube.
These are our main means of distributing all the crucial information concerning community events, competitions, promotions etc.
As for now, besides free spaces of communication (Discord, Telegram) we provide our followers with a variety of competitions with valuable prizes, such as Galxe campaigns or our internal contests. Their difficulty and requirements may vary depending on the theme of the event, but any willing person may join them freely.
Moreover, we always stay in touch with the community members, actively responding to all of their comments, questions and concerns. To make this communication even more open and transparent, we’ve decided to launch a series of Q&A sessions, which are about to set off at the beginning of June.
Our team is also open to any external propositions, thus we’ve published a questionnaire for people to fill out, asking for their needs and expectations concerning community engagement. This will allow us to adjust the promotion and campaign forms to our follower’s liking.
First of all, they remain up to date with all the changes, adjustments and news about our project. The community channels are the easiest way to obtain vital information about our goals, plans or upcoming events.
Furthermore, active community members can count on numerous rewards heading their way, both financial and in the form of tokens of appreciation, such as special Discord Roles. We want “our people” to feel like they are a part of the project; they give us their support and publicity, so we retaliate by providing them with tangible prizes and entertainment.
The third pro of membership in our community is the possibility of being spotted and recruited for our project. We constantly monitor the most active users and take into consideration the possibility of taking them “on board”. We’ve even witnessed the establishment of the TRANSRAAD DAO, an organisation consisting enitirely of representatives from the DRKVRS society.
First of all, we obtain feedback, support and a tone of ideas coming from the DRKVRS fans. Thanks to their voice we learn and get a better understanding of our clients’ needs.
Moreover, there are some active and highly skilled professionals within our community, who gladly share their wisdom and assistance in various tasks, such as research, art design or blockchain development.
We also count on our followers in terms of media coverage, as due to their support we may acquire new audiences, make our posts more visible and expand our overall reach.
Finally, the community is the main source of active investors, who believe in the project, thus deciding to acquire its token and financially support the game’s production.
As we get further into the development of our game, new opportunities start to appear as for the engagement of our future players. We obviously plan to maintain our current practices, but also to expand in terms of people’s impact on the production.
The first opportunity will be connected to D1, a playable section of the game, which will be accessible only to the participants of the SIN token pre-sale. This action and similar to follow will provide our community members with the possibility to get a first glimpse of the incoming product.
In time, we will also add new community-based features, such as NFT minting, staking, UGC and other means of not only socialisation but also possible sources of income.
To wrap it up, the DRKVRS community is a living organism, powered by passion, imagination and creativity. Participation in this society is absolutely free, granting anybody the possibility to become a new gear in the development machine. Mutual benefits, for both followers and our studio, grant the engagement of both parties, leading to a close symbiosis. As a studio, we pay great attention to taking care of our community, seeing it as one of the pillars of the DRKVRS project.
